Projects Within The church

PCEA NEEMA CHURCH FRONT

Vision holders: This was a Vision of seven men who saw the need to upgrade of the church frontage. They presented idea to the L.C.C, and they were given a go ahead for they were to fund the project to completion. Ground breaking was done on 26th June 2022

Milestone: project at 95 % covering an estimated area of 100 Sq. meters

Frontage Concrete Perimeter wall done, metal grills and painting done, church signage and entry/exit canopy’s done and completed. 

Impact to the community :To enhance the beauty of the church

To notify the community on the presence of soul nourishment center and sanctuary

Parking & Green Area -Beautification

Vision holders: this was visionalised by the PCMF – Presbyterian Church men fellowship members to upgrade the church compound by having a modern car park.  The ground breaking was done on October 2022

Impact to the community : To reduce the dusty and muddy state of the ground, To have a modern car park, and offer a recreational ground for the community events and mental/physical well fitness therapy center

Milestone :- project at 95% covering an estimated area of 2250 Sq. meters for more than 60 parking slots and an overflow of 20 parking slots. Cabro works laid, drainage channels/road curbs done. Parking markings done also.

NEEMA TVET BLOCK

  • This is our main project. The building has 6 floors with a food processing center that would offer employments and quality nutrition foods to the community and visitors. It extends to hospitality/health management facility, educational center with hostel rooms: The plan is as follows
    • Ground floor: This will host a dispensary, modern kitchen and cafeteria.
    • 1st floor to 4th floor will host TVET classrooms and administration block.
    • 5th & 6th floor will host hostels for our TVET students

We also have generator power room and cabling ducts to serve the building. 

Beautification

The project was implemented by tree planting and extended to a modern landscape in line with government request for 100% area forestation cover campaign. This was done on 6th May 2023 and graced by the Parish Minister, Rev. Paul Wahome. The area is covered with trees, flowers, grass and water fountains

Impact to the community: To offer a therapeutic care, peace corner and recreational/social zone for the community.
